We took over the vacant premises just a few months ago, because the previous tenant got locked out. We were basically starting from scratch, but we soon built-up a steady repeat customer base. David from Verified became one of our regular customers, having his office just around the corner in Sugar Road. He told me one day that he had a buyer for my business, if I wanted to sell. I’d heard that line before from brokers, so didn’t give it much thought.
